The purpose of processing personal data is to communicate with customers and maintain customer relationships, such as informing them of changes, delivering tickets, and providing customer service. Personal data may be used for marketing purposes with the consent of the individual.

Service providers
Sales system
Tixly provides a sales system for the sale and management of event tickets and related products. The sales system is used by Tixly’s customers, i.e., event organizers. Kino Kilta’s contract with Tixly is part of Art House Turku’s (business ID 3272336-9, hereinafter referred to as “Taiteen talo”) contract with the company.
Tixly complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act, and other applicable legislation in all processing of personal data. Tixly will promptly notify the authorities and customers affected by any data breaches in accordance with applicable legislation.
Payment service provider
Paytrail acts as the payment service provider and payment intermediary for the online store in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail appears as the payee on your bank statement or card statement and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.
